I’ve just discovered the work of Dave Coleman over on Fancy and I had to share here! Dave is a graphic designer/letterer based in Sydney (and soon to be Spain) with an outstanding portfolio. Is anyone else sad the Olympics are over? I was completely addicted! I love the passion of the athletes (and the supporters!) and the overall vibe of excitement and achievement. Congrats to all of those athletes who have dedicated their life to training it’s so inspiring! The below illustrations were created by Charis Tsevis for an Olympic advertising campaign on Yahoo! I love the vibrancy of these illustrations.. completely appropriate for the spirit of the games.
